74% of residents say they regularly receive a copy of Citylife
Around 60% of residents who receive Citylife regularly read it
Most residents found Citylife useful and enjoyable
Most residents thought Citylife was value for money at 32p a copy
Less than half of all residents recalled receiving a copy of their local ward newsletter
83% of residents who received and read their ward newsletter found the information useful
There were lots of helpful comments and suggestions about what people liked about Citylife and the ward newsletters and what information they would like to be included. We will use the findings from our research to make improvements in the future.
